Please read these conditions carefully before using the Pranarôm International SA website. By using the Pranarôm International SA website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Definition:
The customer is any person who orders on the site www.pranarom.be whether they be an individual or a company.
Scope of Application:
The following general terms and conditions ("GTC") apply exclusively to purchases made on Pranarôm e-shop at www.pranarom.be
Customer agreement:
When the customer create an account on Pranarôm e-shop, he must tick a box to show that he has read and accept both terms and conditions and legal mentions. These conditions can be accessed anytime when shopping.
Modifications:
The present terms and conditions may be changed anytime. The customer is therefore advised to read them regularly. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions online on the order date.
Price:
When you order on Pranarôm e-shop www.pranarom.be, all prices are quoted in Euros or British pounds excluding Belgian VAT and transport costs. Please note that we will charge you on the invoice date once all items are in stock and just before the parcel is prepared for dispatch. You should bear in mind any administrative fees from your credit card company as these are the responsibility of the customer.
Pranarôm reserves the right to vary price without notice.
Pranarôm International accepts no responsibility for any pricing errors, whether these are typing errors or others.
Minimum order 50€/£35:
The minimum order requirement for each order is 50 € / £35 excluding shipping and VAT.
VAT:
We apply Belgian VAT rate as a percentage of the value of the good.
Unless otherwise stated all prices exclude VAT. VAT will be charged for goods within the EEC unless a valid VAT number is produced by email prior to your ordering at eshop@pranarom.be. Pranarôm International S.A. will check your VAT number, included it in your personal profile and inform you by email.
If you place your order and pay online before Pranarôm has included your VAT number in your profile, we will not be able to refund the VAT. Our sales staff is at your service for any further information.
The invoice sent to the customer in the parcel clearly shows the VAT rate applied and the total sum inclusive of VAT.
International Orders:
Pranarôm International welcomes international customers to browse and shop on-line with certain limitations and restrictions. We do not accept orders on this website from outside European Union and from the following countries (Belgium, France, Spain and Hungary) due to exclusive distributorship agreements in these countries.
If you reside in any of these countries you should contact your local distributor (see our distributor and sales points).

Refund:
This Pranarôm International e-shop is intended for therapist and professional who order products for their professional use. All customers are deemed to have knowledge of the products purchased. Pranarôm International SA will not accept the return of goods supplied or refund any sums paid except in the case of Pranarôm International SA has made an error between the information confirmed on our order acknowledgement and the product that has been sent to you. Then we will replace according to your instruction providing you notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Shipping cost:
Postage is calculated by weight. Each item has a unit of weight allocated to it. The cost of shipping will be calculated by the shopping cart when proceeding to checkout. Please note the shipping cost is based on delivery to your shipping address by Belgian Postal Service and is recalculated when you enter another shipping address or if you choose the DHL Express shipment. Please note DHL Express shipment can be in some case cheaper than the Belgian Postal Service and is more convinent (see tracking)
Placing an order:
When the customer places an order on the site, they fill in their contact details themselves on an appropriate form. The customer is advised to check the details provided on their form before validating the order.
Re-delivery of your Parcel:
If your goods are returned to Pranarôm International S.A. due to insufficient address detail being supplied by yourself, then you will be liable to pay for the re-delivery costs. Regarding orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'. To have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being shipped out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage.
Cancellation:
A customer may cancel an order as long as credit card has not yet been debited.
Payment:
Payment would be made online with the order by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. The card is debited on the invoice date (just before the order is sent to be prepared for dispatch).
In some cases, documents may be requested (photocopies of your passport, proof of address, etc.)
Pranarôm International reserves the right to suspend the processing and delivery of any order if credit card payment is not authorized by the official credit company or in the case of non-payment.
If the transaction fails, the customer is requested not to place the same order several times but to contact Pranarôm International at eshop@pranarom.be who will do everything possible to investigate and resolve any issues with the credit card company.
Ownership rights:
Pranarôm International remains the owner of goods delivered until they have been fully paid for by the customer. This does not, however, stop the customer from being responsible for loss or damage to goods once they have been dispached.
Invoice:
The online order form filled in by the customer does not have the status of an invoice. The customer receives their invoice at the time of delivery in the parcel. Pranarôm International keeps a copy of each invoice.
Delivery:
Orders placed on the Internet are collected each morning from Monday to Friday and the company therefore processes each day the orders received the previous day. Please allow two days' preparation for your order (processing of the order, invoicing, preparation of the products and packing) before a product in stock paid for by credit card will be sent.
Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. All subject to stock availability.
Pranarôm International is freed from its delivery obligations if circumstances are beyond the company's control.
Shipping:
We offer you two shipping option: Belgian Mail Service “La Poste” and DHL Express service. DHL Express is strongly recommended should you have a dead line for your order to be delivered.
Time taken for transport:
The delivery period depends on the carrier chosen by the customer. Please allow 28 days for delivery with Belgian Postal Service. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 working days depending on the destination.
Please allow two working days for delivery with DHL Express Service.
Pranarôm International cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery or damage due to Postal system or DHL Services.
Tracking:
DHL Express offers you tracking. If the DHL express service is chosen, we will email you your tracking number when we ship out your parcel. With this number, the customer can track their parcel on DHL tracking website
. Parcel tracking services are the carrier's responsibility. Pranarôm International is not responsible for any errors which could occur on such sites or any bugs which could hinder the customer's access to information concerning their parcel.
Product not in Stock:
If we do not have the product in stock Pranarôm International will offer to cancel the order should the customer so choose.
If one or more items are not available, Pranarôm will offer the customer to order the unavailable items later, sending the available items. Pranarôm will refund the difference.
Back Orders:
We do not offer a back-order service. If your item is not in stock, we will advise you and ask you to reorder at a later date.
Packaging:
Products to be sent are packaged according to material standards. The procedures and techniques used are varied to optimise packaging.
Order Confirmation:
At the end of the order process you will receive an email acknowledging your order. Please print this out and keep it for your records. You will also have the opportunity to print out full details of your order.
Complains, Breakage Damage:
On receipt of the goods the buyer must check the quantity and quality. If any goods are delivered damaged, please notify us immediately by email within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise no claim will be accepted
Privacy Policy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Pranarôm International S.A. does not disclose buyer's information to third parties. All information collected on this site is intended for the internal use of Pranarôm for automated treatment and will be kept strictly confidential. Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care. You may have access to the file containing your personal data in order to read, check and correct it anytime (see Adjust your profile)
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Belgian law of December 8, 1992 relating to the protection of private life in the processing the personal data as modified by the law of 11 December 1998 implementing the European directive of October 24, 1995.

Pranarom International gives you the possibility to modify your details on the Website. Click on "My detail" to adjust all your personal data except for your credit card details.
Actually, as a protection measure, Pranarôm never display your credit card details when ordering. That is the reason why we ask you to key in your credit card details anytime you buy online.
