Directed by Dominique Baudoux, a pharmacist and aromatologist with fifteen years' experience as well as author and contributor at international conferences, Pranarôm is a beacon in the academic scientific world, thanks to its dependable and dedicated workforce.

Dr. A Zhiri , With a doctorate in plant biotechnology, Abdesselam , a researcher for more than ten years in a leading university laboratory, is our Director of Research.
Coordination and the management of all research programmes
Pranarôm interface with universities and private laboratories in Europe and worldwide.

His research is primarily concerned with:
- the toxicity of essential oils
- anti-genotoxic and anti-mutagenic actions.

Dr. P. Debauche, With a doctorate in science, Pascal is also in charge of Technological innovation relating to the anti-fungal and anti-parasitic action of CTEOs. His aim is the application of aromatherapy in the veterinary field and the development of products that provide alternatives to mainstream synthetic products.

Dr. V Liemans, With a doctorate in biochemistry, Véronique is responsible for the purchasing of raw materials. She monitors the communications between the various departments from production to research, and plays an active part in the selection of strategies at various levels.

C. Schulze, With a degree in molecular biology, Catherine is in charge of quality control. She carries out gas phase chromatography and interprets the results for all batches of CTEOs. After carrying out studies, she arranges a second analysis by an independent laboratory before releasing the product kept in quarantine. She also carries out bacteriological tests on hydrolats.

K. De Coene, Industrial Pharmacist, Kristin is in charge of the continuing improvement of the traceability and auto-control within the company. She also helps Pranarôm with her know-how in good laboratory practices.
